Verify your chauffeur
Our chauffeurs carry photo identification and drive vehicles marked with Fancy Black Car identification. If someone arrives without identification, do not enter the vehicle and call us.
Licensing and insurance
We are happy to provide current licensing and insurance documentation for corporate accounts, event planners, and travelers. Contact us to request copies.
Report a concern
If a booking, vehicle, or chauffeur does not match what we confirmed, contact us immediately so we can resolve it. We take every report seriously.
