These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the chauffeur and limousine services provided by Fancy Black Car.
Quotes and reservations
Quotes are based on the pickup and drop-off details, vehicle class, and timing you provide. A reservation is confirmed when we accept it and send you a confirmation. Fares may change if your itinerary changes or if waiting time exceeds the included period.
Fares, gratuity and fees
Every quote shows the fare, a 20% gratuity, and any airport access fee before you confirm. Tolls and parking are billed at cost. Airport access fees are set by the airport authority and can change without notice.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made at least 1 hour before pickup are free. Cancellations inside 1 hour and no-shows may be charged, and the amount depends on the vehicle and time reserved.
Wait time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of wait time for domestic flights and 75 minutes for international flights, counted from the scheduled landing. Other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute blocks at the published rate.
Vehicles and chauffeurs
We make every effort to provide the vehicle class you reserve. If that vehicle is unavailable, we may substitute a comparable vehicle at no additional cost.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must follow applicable laws and the reasonable requests of the chauffeur. Smoking, illegal substances, and conduct that endangers the driver or vehicle are not permitted. Damage caused by a passenger may be billed.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes, road closures, or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
